{"id":995,"date":"2021-10-22T20:37:53","date_gmt":"2021-10-22T16:37:53","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-10-22T20:37:53","modified_gmt":"2021-10-22T16:37:53","slug":"One-Pot-Lemon-Garlic-Shrimp-Pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/331333.xyz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/22\/One-Pot-Lemon-Garlic-Shrimp-Pasta\/","title":{"rendered":"One-Pot Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n8 oz linguine<br \/>\n2 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n8 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 stick<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon red pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 \u00bc lb large shrimp<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\npepper, to taste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n4 cups baby spinach<br \/>\n\u00bc cup parmesan cheese, grated<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nIn a large pot, boil water and add pasta. Cook (stirring frequently) until al dente.<br \/>\nDrain and set pasta aside.<br \/>\nIn the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and crushed red pepper, cook until fragrant.<br \/>\nToss in shrimp, salt and pepper to taste, and stir until shrimp start to turn pink, but are not fully cooked.<br \/>\nAdd oregano and spinach, cook until wilted.<br \/>\nReturn cooked pasta to the pot, add remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley.
