{"id":776,"date":"2021-10-07T06:17:15","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T02:17:15","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","slug":"Pork-and-Pepper-Stir-Fry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/331333.xyz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/07\/Pork-and-Pepper-Stir-Fry\/","title":{"rendered":"Pork and Pepper Stir Fry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u00bc cup rice wine vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons minced garlic<br \/>\n1 tablespoon brown sugar<br \/>\n5 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n4 boneless pork loin chops, cut into bite sized pieces<br \/>\n5 tablespoons vegetable oil<br \/>\n3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger root<br \/>\n1 tablespoon hot chile paste<br \/>\n5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce<br \/>\n1 green bell pepper, cut into strips<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper, cut into strips<br \/>\n1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n\u00bc cup blanched slivered almonds<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, mix together rice wine vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Stir in pork pieces, cover, and leave at room temperature for 1\/2 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a large wok over medium heat. Toast almonds in hot, dry wok until golden brown and fragrant.<\/p>\n<p>Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir in marinated pork pieces, ginger, and chile paste. (Discard remaining marinade.) Mix in teriyaki sauce, and increase heat to high; cook, stirring constantly, until pork is white. Stir in peppers, and continue to stir fry until most of the liquid has evaporated.
