{"id":1676,"date":"2022-05-30T20:01:29","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T16:01:29","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2022-05-30T20:01:29","modified_gmt":"2022-05-30T16:01:29","slug":"Chicken-Breasts-Pierre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/331333.xyz\/index.php\/2022\/05\/30\/Chicken-Breasts-Pierre\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Breasts Pierre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves<br \/>\n\u00bc cup all-purpose flour<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 pinch ground black pepper<br \/>\n3 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid<br \/>\n\u00bd cup water<br \/>\n2 tablespoons brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar<br \/>\n2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n2 teaspoons chili powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon mustard powder<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon celery seed<br \/>\n1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u215b teaspoon hot pepper sauce<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nIn a shallow dish or bowl, combine flour, 1\/2 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper. Coat chicken breasts with flour mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown chicken on all sides. Remove from skillet, and drain on paper towels.<\/p>\n<p>In the same skillet, combine the tomatoes, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, chili powder, mustard, celery seed, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and return chicken to skillet.
