Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until fragrant. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a lidded heatproof container.<br \/>\nIn a separate container, whisk together honey and lemon juice. Add to the turmeric mixture along with 2 more cups of water. Refrigerate until chilled.<br \/>\nServe over ice or in the cocktail preparation below, and enjoy in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.<br \/>\nCombine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.<br \/>\nStrain into a new glass with fresh ice and garnish with a fresh piece of ginger and lemon zest.
