{"id":1247,"date":"2021-11-20T18:50:05","date_gmt":"2021-11-20T14:50:05","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-11-20T18:50:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T14:50:05","slug":"WarmBlueCheese-Dip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/331333.xyz\/index.php\/2021\/11\/20\/WarmBlueCheese-Dip\/","title":{"rendered":"WarmBlueCheese\u00a0Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n  8 ouncescream cheese, softened to room temperature<br \/>\n  1\/4 cupplain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n  2 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n  4 scallions, thinly sliced<br \/>\n  1 1\/2 tablespoonslemon juice (from about \u00bd a large lemon)<br \/>\n  1 tablespoonLouisiana-style hot sauce, such as Frank\u2019s RedHot<br \/>\n  1\/2 teaspoonsmoked paprika<br \/>\n  1\/2 teaspoononion powder<br \/>\n   Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n  1 (6-ounce) wedge blue cheese, crumbled by hand<br \/>\n   Sliced celery, carrots, and crackers or sliced bread, for serving<\/p>\n<p>Directions: <\/p>\n<p>Heat the oven to 350\u00b0F. <\/p>\n<p>In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, three-quarters of the sliced scallions, lemon juice, hot sauce, paprika, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Pur\u00e9e until the dip is smooth.  <\/p>\n<p>Transfer to a medium bowl and fold in three-quarters of the crumbled blue cheese. Season with more salt and\/or pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon into a small baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese.
