{"id":1035,"date":"2021-10-31T23:58:25","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T19:58:25","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-10-31T23:58:25","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T19:58:25","slug":"Paprika-Chicken-Rice-Bake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/331333.xyz\/index.php\/2021\/10\/31\/Paprika-Chicken-Rice-Bake\/","title":{"rendered":"Paprika Chicken &#038; Rice Bake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n5 chicken thighs<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n1 teaspoon paprika<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried parsley<br \/>\n1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u00bd cup red onion, diced<br \/>\n1 cup long grain rice<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cups chicken broth<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\npepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 400\u02daF (200\u02daC).<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, evenly season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.<br \/>\nOn high, heat olive oil in a oven-proof pot and place chicken thighs, skin-side down, in the hot oil. Cook 5-6 minutes or the thighs develop brown crispy skin and flip over.<br \/>\nCook an additional 5-6 minutes to brown the other side and remove from the pot.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic and onions to the pot, and cook until the onions are transparent.<br \/>\nPour in the rice and chicken broth to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
