Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces1800 Cristalino
3/4 ouncetriple sec (like Cointreau)
3/4 ounceyuzu juice
1/4 ouncefreshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounceagave (optional)
1 teaspoongrated fresh ginger
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to combine (about 20 to 30 seconds).
Fine-strain into a glass with fresh ice and serve.
