Ingredients:
1 ounceClear Creek kirschwasser
1 ounceMaurin Quina
1 ouncerye whiskey
1/4 ounceBénédictine liqueur
1 dashAngostura Bitters
1 dashPeychaud’s Bitters
1 spritz of allspice dram
3 Luxardo cherries on a pick (or three fresh cherries if available), to garnish
Directions:
Take a cocktail coupe and spray the inside of it with allspice dram and set aside. Combine kirschwasser, Maurin Quina, rye, Bénédictine, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir gently for 20 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with the cherries.
