Ingredients:
For the drink:
1 ½ ouncesSeedlip Spice 94
1 ¼ ounceschilled espresso
¾ ounceslight brown sugar rich syrup
3 coffee beans, for garnish
Espresso powder, for garnish
For the light brown sugar rich syrup:
1 cuplight brown sugar, packed
½ cupsnear-boiling hot water

Directions:

Combine the ingredients (minus the garnish) in a cocktail shaker filled about one-third with ice; we’ll shake with less ice to encourage aeration and avoid over-diluting the drink.
Fine-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Top the drink with excess foam from your strainer.
Garnish with the coffee beans and dust with espresso powder over top. Serve right away.
Combine the light brown sugar and hot water in a heat-safe container and stir to combine until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
